Installation of Vibrating Screen

(1) Install Supports or Hangers

The installation of each part shall be carried out in sequence in strict accordance with the drawings of support or hoisting, and the actual rigidity marked on the end face shall be matched before the installation of spring parts. The base of the shaker must be flat and stable.

(2) Installation of Screen Box

Connect the screen box to the supporting or hanging device, and adjust it according to the specified Inclination after installation. For hanging screens, the inclination angle of screen box and the level of main shaft of screen box shall be adjusted at the same time.

(3) Install Motor and V-Belt

During installation, the base of the motor shall be leveled, the motor level shall be corrected, the center line of the corresponding groove of the two belt wheels shall be overlapped, and the tension of the triangle belt shall be appropriate.

Test Run of Vibrating Screen

  1. Test running time of the vibrating screen is more than 8 hours. Observe whether the vibrating screen starts smoothly and quickly, whether the vibration and operation are stable, no special noise, and whether its amplitude meets the requirements.
  2. When the vibrating screen is running, the vibration of the screen box should not produce a horizontal pendulum. If the horizontal pendulum occurs, the reason may be that the height difference between the springs on both sides is too large, the tension of the hanging wire rope is uneven, the rotation axis is not horizontal or the triangular belt is too tight.
  3. Within 4 hours of running, the bearing temperature increases gradually, and then remains stable. The highest temperature does not exceed 75 ℃.
  4. If there is abnormal noise or a sharp rise in bearing temperature after start-up, stop immediately, check whether the shaft rotates flexibly and whether the lubrication is good, etc., and start again after troubleshooting.
  5. After running for 2 hours, stop to check whether the connecting parts are loose or not. If there is any loosening, wait for fastening and then start.
  6. If there is no fault after 8 hours of operation of the vibrating screen, the installation project can be checked and accepted.

Operation of Vibrating Screen

(1) Operator shall read the duty record and carry out the general inspection of the equipment before working. Check the tension of the triangle belt, the oil level in the vibrator, the tension of the screen surface, the fastening of the bolts and the damage of the screen surface.

(2) Start-up of vibrating screen should follow the process sequence.

(3) When the vibrating screen is running, it is necessary to check the working condition of the vibration exciter and the screen box. The temperature rise of the bearing should be checked after the vibrating screen is stopped.

(4) The shutdown of vibrating screen should be in accordance with the process sequence. Except for special requirements, it is strictly forbidden to continue feeding to the screen after stopping.

(5) During the handover, the inspection should be done well, and the problems should be recorded in time.

(6) In order to prevent accidents, inspectors should keep their distance.
